How long does it take to fulfill a Made to Order product?

Orders are fulfilled in succession, one after the other and can take a few days for small game pieces, or up to a couple weeks for larger items like statues. If there is a large volume of orders, it may take up to a week before fulfillment.

My Order came damaged, can I get a replacement?

Contact us through email or social media with a photo or two of the damaged pieces. Replacements are on a case-by-case basis.

Can I get a refund?

We typically do not accept refunds or returns. Made to order goods are made specifically for you. Although, if you ask to refund before your order has entered processing, we may be able to accommodate you.
